ALL CHRYSLER DAY - 2010

This year's show, spotlighting the fortieth anniversary of the VG and the Australian Hemi, was very well attended. A good crowd saw 204 entries - with just over a half of the cars belonging to memebers - with 66 judged for trophies on the preceeding Saturday. And for the first time in a long time, there were still many people at the showfor the trophy presentations.

2123 paid spectators came through the gates. Add residents, sponsors, children and swap sites and the figure may be more like 2500.

The Mopar MegaCruise is being hailed as Australia's biggest Mopar cruise, well organised and for some even better than the show. Well done to Damian Tripodi for his efforts in designing an excellent cruise to take in all the historical sites of CAL throughout the reaches of Adelaide.

The club owes its thanks to the committee for doing another fine job, doing so much to get it happening, and extra special thanks must go to Jason Rowley for his herculean efforts in particular.

Thanks to all the volunteers who helped out on the day and beforehand to help the show take place, from promotions to marshalling. The day was an outstanding success not just beacuse of all the organistaion but the friendly welcoming scene the CCCSA is lucky enough to enjoy.
