ALL CHRYSLER DAY - 2008

The CCCSA All Chrsyler day returned to the Lockleys Primary School Oval again this year with the "Stripes" theme and despite falling at the end of probably Adelaide's longest and most seering heatwave in history, our annual Mopar weekend festival was a great success considering. Many interstate visitors - such as Azza and the notorious Ratwagon - still came from as far as Queensland to tie in our Mopar MegaCruise and All Chrysler Day South Oz with their Mopar pilgrimage to Chryslers On the Murray the following weekend.

Due to the oppressive heat, numbers were understandably down to about 120 cars, with roughly 1500 spectators mostly in the morning and early afternoon, before the Committee in their wisdom called the show to an early finish, much to many members' relief.
